The Fundación Residencia de Estudiantes is the owner of the intellectual property and other associated rights pertaining to the Network of Centres and Virtual Archive of the Silver Age of contemporary Spanish culture (1868-1936). The removal and reuse of all or any substantial part of the contents of this database are strictly forbidden. Also expressly prohibited are the removal and reuse of any non-substantial part of this database implying activities contrary to normal use thereof or against the rights of the authors.

The database may be used within the limits established by Article 134 of the Adapted Text of the Intellectual Property Act.
